Once the order was placed, you keep us in the loop each step of the way, from sourcing the wood to putting the finishing touches to the wood. You used Fed Ex to deliver which earned more brownie points, as they have a sterling reputation. Opening the boxes, the lack of plastic was very much a plus for us, the clothe bag, the screws came in, will be used for many years to come for board gaming. The bed was put together within 30 minutes with just one adult and a very helpful 9 year old, and the quality is a treat, no more bendy slats that snap within 6 months.
