I ordered a bed and mattress from Get Laid afew years ago (mainly because I liked the name of the company lol). I was super impressed with the bed frame and the finish of the wood. The mattress did develop a dip after a couple of years but they replaced it for me under warranty.
Service is 10/10. Beth dealt with the replacement of my mattress under warranty and it was as simple as a few emails.
