Customer service is amazing, they've very fast to reply and willing to help anyway they possibly can. I think the prices are great, you get to customize a bed you like!? I fell in love with knowing that they guarantee the entire thing and will replace even slats if they break even though they're fairly thick so hopefully that won't be happening!! Delivery was as stated, came when they said they would, very helpful.
