Extremely happy with the customer service I got from this company. The first pots I ordered arrived chipped and dented and I emailed photos over to them and they arranged for replacements to be sent immediately. 5/5 service and would definitely recommend. New pots arrived and were perfect, look lovely sat either side of my front door.
