“The pots are very nice but service was poor - as I was orginally told they would be delivered Before 5 December - which they were not. I had to go and pick them up from warehouse myself on Monday 8 December.”

“I thought that what I had ordred were planters made of concrete Not Metal ones Assuming You despatched the correct ones I fail to see their likeness to concrete. Can you explain,Pleaes??”

“Having a very small garden I needed a suitable size quality planter for a tree. This planter is perfect for my requirements. There was an issue with the collection point which read not the sender's fault. This was quickly resolved with the help of Get Potted's customer service and I am very happy with my purchase.”

“I'm very pleased with the plant pot. It is beautiful and was a good price. The first pot I received sadly sadly was damaged in transit however customer service was great and organised a new one to be sent out without any bother.”
