“Had excellent customer service from Getpotted. No quibble (or hassle) replacement of a 50x50 fibrestone idealist planter that had a couple of hairline cracks in it that appeared to only be on the surface, but when filled were more apparent. Everything is always very well packaged too. Have used them a few times now and will do again.”
