“I thought that what I had ordred were planters made of concrete Not Metal ones Assuming You despatched the correct ones I fail to see their likeness to concrete. Can you explain,Pleaes??”

“The pots are very nice but service was poor - as I was orginally told they would be delivered Before 5 December - which they were not. I had to go and pick them up from warehouse myself on Monday 8 December.”

“Ordered 5 lots of different bulbs and only 1 lot of the 5 have so far emerged? Ordered 3 different fruit trees and only 2 of the 3 have so far emerged? Do you have any advice ? Best Regards Beryl Green”

“I was disappointed with my product purely due to the size , the photo made it look much bigger and when it came I couldn’t believe how small it was and for the price. The quality is great don’t get me wrong but for the size £30 is a bit much.”

“The planter we ordered seems to be fine, subject to unwrapping, but the delivery of it was a shambles!!! Absolutely no communication from their courier and eventually told it would be delivered first thing, however first thing turned out to be 5.56 am !!!! Not impressed. Being awoken at that time for a pot delivery is not appreciated.”
