“All good from ordering to delivering except driver didn’t send us text and arrived extremely early 7.20am but then maybe wouldn’t have wanted a text at 6.20 am to say he was on his way.”

“My plant arrived in excellent condition and is very healthy. Thank you. However the shipping is not immediate so I’d advise anyone buying a plant from Get Potted to make sure they will be able to receive the plant up to 3 weeks after placing the order.”

“Bought a lovely tall white concrete planter. On delivery the planter was badly damaged, I took photos and emailed customer services they responded quickly, apologised and immediately issued a replacement. I did not have the hassle of having to return it too. Excellent price and speedy delivery. Would highly recommend. PS Good outcome as the original damage was cosmetic so the planter was given away via a free reuse site !”

“Pots arrived in good time - these pots are light and strong and modern looking (I anchor to ground with three bolts before filling with standard bays as storms in Devon can lift a 3 cwt pot. Not cheap but nothing is now.”
