Bought a lovely tall white concrete planter. On delivery the planter was badly damaged, I took photos and emailed customer services they responded quickly, apologised and immediately issued a replacement. I did not have the hassle of having to return it too. Excellent price and speedy delivery. Would highly recommend.
PS Good outcome as the original damage was cosmetic so the planter was given away via a free reuse site !
