IS THIS A SCAM ? - I purchased a download key for MS Office from GetRenewedTech, downloaded the software and installed per instructions which were received by email. The activation key sent by GetRenewedTech was not accepted and reported as invalid by MS. I tried to get in touch with getRenewedTech using their website Live Chat which responded by saying no one was available and took my email address to respond later. Having heard nothing for two days I used their Contact page to report the problem requesting a valid code or a full refund. Now, 10 days later I have still had no response from the company and it seems that I am not alone in having this issue.
