“I was so pleased to find this site and upgrade my Office Suite to one that included Publisher and Access. The last suite I had didn't include these and I really missed them. Service was excellent. I had a little trouble with the installation but found that simply rebooting my system cleared out whatever was causing the problem and the whole process then went smoothly with no issues. I haven't seen better prices anywhere online and certainly not in any physical store”

“Thank you everybody in GetRenewedTech Team. The sincere assurance from the genuine sounding team that they are there for us as and when we need an assistance and most importantly, we could us this product /transfer it to another PC if our current PC dies. Also being able to buy still legally licenced product with much affordable price was a life saving. Especially for somebody like me who needed only Microsoft word and already have one installed on my old PC which was purchased couple of years ago from somewhere else yet due to an accessibility issue, not been provided with a way to re access the code etc, I have been unable to access it and use it. So, thank you everybody”

“I found it hard to believe that this product could be so cheap. This company is so deceiving with their reviews popping in at the bottom of the site. I ordered online Office and received a few emails. I am computer savvy, but I could not get it to load. They have no phone customer service, only ChatBot and when I clicked on that - it says it is "closed". I was able to type in the chat after several attempts to find an "Open" time, which never happened. I typed I WANT A REFUND!!!!! - it took 3 weeks before I got a reply via email (ended up in my Junk, but I found it. They say I've been refunded. I checked my Paypal account & my credit card account and NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED. This company is a scammer!!!”

“Order #USD-5151269 for MAYA software eduational license made by person using his email michael r …@ ...as directed with all relevant info. cc used was not his but is being billed to friend. They were charged and now getting emails to billing person's email address and saying the account is for them - not person who registered to received the product. Similarly received confirmation from Autodesk "software admisistrator" named Rura Dayal. NO SUCH PERSON EXISTS when do a web search All emails received regarding purchase are no-reply CHAT done by person who is supposed to be the account holder. NO REPLY NO RESOLVE I am the person billed and requesting refund as believe co is a scam. I resorted to this co as person who needs the acct was using Autodesk student license and acct had expired and attempting to renew and no response to multiple CHATs with ID REFERENCE over the past months and never a reply”
