“Purchased the 2021 Professional Plus and arrived within 10 days. Very good value for the boxed CD. Lack of communication on delivery, tracking which needs to be sorted. Otherwise all is good.”

“Terrible experience. the Product Key did not work. No contact details for customer service - no email or contact form. Tried the chat bot. Was told I had the wrong key. Gave me a new key that I tired which I could see on my MS account. Checked again a day later to install office and it is gone!! Now chat bot closes once I put my email in. No way of getting any support. Will be asking for my money back from the credit card company and letting Microsoft know this is THIS IS A SCAM. This is a scam. Don't fall for it.”

“Very good and does exactly what it says "on the tin". Was up and running within an hour. Whilst using Libre Office (free) was good, the slightly different menus and files formats was irritating, so just bought this licence for a single laptop as my other laptop already has a single user licence on it.”
