“Hi, I bought 1 copy, then decided to convert it to the DVD or Data stick as I am on a Dish which is Intermittent & Trouble for Downloading anything Important. I also sent 2 requests to your folks James I believe, concerning Upgrading my order for the Multiple Computers so I can also install in my Laptop, but to date NO Response. I have not Installed my single purchase as yet in hope of purchasing the multiple installation via DVD or Data stick. Please let me know if my request is Possible or not. Thanking you, Malcolm.”

“I am so sorry, but Matthew Keysell tried his best to help me install office 2021. I ran into a number of roadblocks but it just got too complicated for me. I ended up going with another vendor who made the process very simple and I got it installed with them. Please refund my purchase price and again I’m sorry I just couldn’t make this work. Cordially, Al Roberts”

“Hi! I've sent an e-mail to Matthew on Jun. 24th.i could not download Office 2021 Prof. Could be a bad connection on my part. i'm not to good on PC. i need help from you Guys. i never could reach GetRenewed after this date. I have confidence that You can resolve.”
