Although renewed tech were recommended by a friend, unfortunately I have been unable to download the Office suite package I paid for a week ago. I have phoned them on 5 occasions (including today 4/1/23) and their number diverts to a Vodafone voicemail which they appear not to respond to! I emailed them via their website a week ago and they have failed to contact me. Very disappointed as this should be easy to sort out.
