Terrible customer service.
Tried cancelling an order straight away as stated in terms of conditions that you are allowed to cancel an order within 30 minutes.
Page brings you to a form that you fill, which sends an email.
They answered several hours later saying they were unable to cancel order as the order had already been processed.
