My so fell ill
Just got to say what a shambles this company is my child fell sick on Monday and was unable to use my tickets for the trip remember I never used them and have not been scanned or taking off me my dob feel ill and I called 111 because taught it was covid so was told ON PHONE to give him paracetamol and keep him cool , so I missed my slot on Monday I asked for a refund or new slot and was told I needed a stamped letter from a doctor to show this shambles of a company to Clame my refund when remember I called 111 and when challenged said was to late because u need to cancel 24 hours before but I did not know my son would fall ill on Monday morning when woken but this company have treated us like criminals and simply don't care about customer my child is my priority and seams money is theirs my tickets not been used or scanned so can't see a problem but thsy just fobed me off saying a letter STAMPED from a doctor is required after I saying tickets were not used its a disgusting was to b treated and hope this company lots of bad luck disgusting reply I will post the email and and not happy I am a single dad trying my hardest and to have this lot fob me off is hurting me my kids are my world and thay just stolen fro. Me I am very disappointed and hurt
