Host scammed me by cancelling venue after taking additional fees off Giggster. Customer service couldn't help because the payments were off Giggster, but they tried to contact the host and did what they could do. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam of a venue that had good reviews. Goes to show that scam artists can balance their shady side business under the facade of being a normal host. Giggster needs to do better vetting of these people hosting these venues, this should not have happened at all on this platform.
