My first shopping experience has gone all kinds of wrong. First I was sent the wrong hat and it took a couple emails to get them to help and send the correct hat, then when it arrived it did not fit despite following the measurement guidelines. I have now emailed several times to get it exchanged and it has taken so long they do not have the correct size in stock. Now they are just not responding since I asked for a refund. Very disappointing all around and I won’t be buying more hats, even though I had a few picked out. Their customer service is really awful and fulfillment clearly has just as many issues. I don’t want to have to go through all this again.
