“I have at least 5 GIGI PIP Hats and I love them ALL! My last 1 I purchased is the Davey Straw hat and it's my first straw hat from GP. I simply love it! The breathable straw and the hidden adjustable head band was a lovely surprise! I always come back to GiGI PIP. NEVER DISAPPOINTED.”

“I would love to review my Gigi Pip hats but sadly they haven't arrived yet and despite 3 emails to customer service and a DM on Instagram I have had no response or even acknowledgement that anything has been received. I can't use the chat service because I am in the UK. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to my hats.”

“Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Gigi Pip. My order never arrived, and I have video evidence from my Ring camera confirming no delivery was made. I’ve reached out via email and text multiple times and have been met with total silence. There is clearly no delivery guarantee or support if something goes wrong. For a high-end brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be purchasing again or recommending them until this is resolved.”

“I have been a casual collector of Gigi Pip for a few years now. The hats always come securely packaged and arrive rather quickly. I have purchased the added easy return/exchange protection just in case but have thankfully never needed to utilize it. The quality of hats rivals more expensive ones and the styles are top notch. I've been very happy with every purchase and look forward to adding more hats to my collection.”

“OBSESSED with this hat. I am a fairly plain person but I like to have unique, classy items to complete looks while also being functional. This is all of that for me. I constantly walk with my 9 month old daughter strapped to me in the Everglades and this hat works perfectly to shade my upper body and face. I have a 21.5” head so I got the XS and I’m glad I did because the hat fits my proportions (it doesn’t look massive on me). My hubby was so surprised about that he said when I first showed him he was secretly worried lol, but when it came he was shocked how much he loved it too :). That’s Gigi for making something that makes me feel so great! 💕”

“Well, what do you know? I get a email for a review. But I never got an email after all of the numerous once I sent to respond to my issue for resolution. I ordered 3 hats for 3 people, and they were stuffed in one box. The hats were on the seventy percent sale, but yet I was charged more. No response for resolution at all, I am disgusted. My family has always bought me gigi hats for gifts and I am telling them no more. I still expect the price adjustment because I have a picture of the hat and the price that they should have been. I also would really like to return them.Because I am just that unhappy with the service.I have received which is none”
