“I have ordered 3 weeks ago. I was so excited for my first order and ordered directly 5 hats. But with my tracking number there is no update or change since 10days. I would like customer service to support with this. I really hope I will get a hold of my order.”

“I placed an order August 23. It had not arrived the week of September 1. I emailed and tried to call several times over several days. Finally got an answer to an email and a shipping number. The shipping number was for an item that never seemed to be shipped. So I emailed and called and eventually text again to get a response and a full refund. I never received the items.”

“I have been wanting a hat from your company for quite some time. A friend of mine stated she had an excellent experience purchasing one. I on the other hand did not have a good experience. I purchased the hat I wanted and as I was checking out, there was a button that said purchase this hat. And I accidentally clicked it so… I ordered two hats one that I didn’t want. Right away I tried to change my order, but couldn’t. So I sent an email explaining the situation never heard back. Over the course of two weeks I sent four different emails stating I didn’t mean to purchase the second hat… and never heard back. When the box arrived at my door it was completely smashed. I opened up the box to find the two hats, nestled together, only wrapped in a bag with absolutely no padding no bubble wrap….nothing. The hat I wanted was completely dented and smashed. And had I didn’t mean order was too small (because I didn’t mean to order it)yet in excellent condition. I was very disappointed because in all of the emails that I wrote not once have I gotten a response. I returned the hats. And even though one was damaged, I was still charged for restocking fee. I have yet to get my reimbursement. I’m disappointed because the hats did feel quite beautiful. My hope was that as I was supporting a women owned business. I would’ve gotten treated as one woman would want to be treated. Perhaps I’ll go to boot barn and try hat on. Hopefully I get my refund soon.”

“The items I received were gorgeous but the hatband was missing from the hat, and instead of just sending me the missing hatband, they wanted me to send the whole hat back because "maybe they sent the wrong hat". This process would have taken another couple of weeks not to mention the utter waste of shipping an item back and forth. Looking online, it would seem they have a problem with customer service so I should not have been surprised. Maybe their in person customer service is better but I would not buy online again. Xx”

“Unfortunately my experience was exceptionally disappointing, apart from a speedy delivery and a quality hat, which was very poor fitting (too shallow on the head) so needed to be returned. Customer service didn’t reply to emails until I sent them repeatedly, dispite paying a fee for free returns, it’s only for exchanges, there’s a return shipping fee and a restocking fee, as I purchase a reduced item it’s not financially viable for me to return it, so I’m stuck with it. I won’t be buying again and sadly would not recommend.”

“I ordered a hat to take on vacation for my birthday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I never received my hat . 2 weeks later it still hasn’t come and when I contacted customer service, they basically said it’s not on them it’s USPS. Not helpful at all. return and refund!!!”

“I bought this hat twice now, the first time it had a bald/thin spot in the front crown so it looked dirty, the second time I bought it it came with the band/tag sewn backwards so it sits on my forehead. Expensive hats, shoddy craftsmanship.”

“The hats are fine its the return process that I have issue with. I purchased a hat onsale and didnt like it. So I started the return process. I would have to pay the return shipping and then they were going to charge me a restocking fee. Those costs would wipe out 2/3's of my return money. Not going to purchase from them again.”
