“I love this company. I was wearing traditional "church" hats when I go to church, but wanted something to fit my age, 70. When I saw the hats with short brims, I fell in love and have ordered my Sunday hats exclusively from GiGi Pip. Love it! :-)”

“1) the hat got damaged in shipping because it wasn't put in the cardboard hat stand to protect it in the box. 2) I paid the extra $4. 3) I need to fix my new hat myself. 4) if that doesn't work then, mail it back to you for an exchange. Or 5) just order another new hat so that I don't miss wearing the hat for an event I have on the 26th. I have been a long time customer of Gigi Pip. I'm so disappointed in your shipping & customer service.”

“I’ve now ordered five hats from GiGi Pip. I have to say my most recent has been a true disappointment. My order was placed on 3/9/26 and I still haven’t received my hat. I made phone calls and numerous messages to only receive a response that has not helped. Because I have not received my hat, I’ve asked for a refund. Still no response. One would think because of the amount of business I’ve already done with GiGi Pip better customer service would have been shown, but not so. It’s obvious I’m a fan of the merchandise, but the customer service is horrible.”

“My hat was late due to the address not being carefully read. The house number included the city and I had to submit a service ticket with USPS because of this. It would be great if the warehouse or store it comes from would proofread the addresses before creating the lables. I love my hat though!”
