“I returned a hat due to the oversized look that wasn’t appealing to me. I was told I would get a refund after they deducted 30% (for restock and shipping fees). That was 2 weeks ago and I still never received my partial refund. I reached out to customer service and got no response. responded to my emails.”

“great product, TERRIBLE customer service. Maybe the worst customer service i've experienced in years. We needed a hat exhanged for size, Gigi gratiously let us send back for exhange. It took them a few months to ship out, oh well, but in that time we've changed address and let them know. They shipped to old address anyways, when recieiving shipping notification reached out again multiple times multiple ways to try and correct problem before it was too late. Have since recieved no answer on phone, no response on chat, no response to emails, etc.. It feels as if no human actually works in their customer service department, and whatever software they are using is equally as helpful as no help at all.”

“I love the hats but I ordered the M/L size - but there are too big so I had to learn to order probably small/ Medium/ do you guys have a band or something I can use to make them fit without using a newspaper band ?”

“I ordered two hats via ViewYourDeal. Love the style and quality but they were a bit small. I wanted to exchange them. I tried every possible way to reach someone at the company for a month- email; chat; phone calls- crickets. The website even said Returns process was unavailable!!”

“Love my hat that I ordered off a tv deal. I get alot of compliments. Have always wanted a fedora. I ordered a couple of bands and right now I have the black band over the band that came with the hat. I ordered a wider band also that I thought would look good on it. Customer service is great and I have never had a problem resolving my concern. Thank you Gigi Pip”

“What can I say? As a HAT lover with a small head - I love that most of my purchase fit! I’m sure I have 10 hats from GigiPip. All stacked ok a wall mounted hat rack. Even if it’s a little big - you get a sizer and still fits. LOVES IT!”

“Trying to get a in touch with customer service after I tried to return my items and somehow on I ended up with an exchange I didn’t want. It arrived with a final priced item in it that can’t be returned and it’s also a size large when my head is 21in so I wear a small or extra small. I have sent a customer service request through the portal and an email. Haven’t heard back. Very frustrating!”
