“The items I received were gorgeous but the hatband was missing from the hat, and instead of just sending me the missing hatband, they wanted me to send the whole hat back because "maybe they sent the wrong hat". This process would have taken another couple of weeks not to mention the utter waste of shipping an item back and forth. Looking online, it would seem they have a problem with customer service so I should not have been surprised. Maybe their in person customer service is better but I would not buy online again. Xx”

“Unfortunately my experience was exceptionally disappointing, apart from a speedy delivery and a quality hat, which was very poor fitting (too shallow on the head) so needed to be returned. Customer service didn’t reply to emails until I sent them repeatedly, dispite paying a fee for free returns, it’s only for exchanges, there’s a return shipping fee and a restocking fee, as I purchase a reduced item it’s not financially viable for me to return it, so I’m stuck with it. I won’t be buying again and sadly would not recommend.”

“I ordered a hat to take on vacation for my birthday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I never received my hat . 2 weeks later it still hasn’t come and when I contacted customer service, they basically said it’s not on them it’s USPS. Not helpful at all. return and refund!!!”

“I bought this hat twice now, the first time it had a bald/thin spot in the front crown so it looked dirty, the second time I bought it it came with the band/tag sewn backwards so it sits on my forehead. Expensive hats, shoddy craftsmanship.”

“The hats are fine its the return process that I have issue with. I purchased a hat onsale and didnt like it. So I started the return process. I would have to pay the return shipping and then they were going to charge me a restocking fee. Those costs would wipe out 2/3's of my return money. Not going to purchase from them again.”

“Hi. I love GigiPip. I do have a little trouble with hat sizes. They do fit different and run different. The adustables help alot. Big fan of that. Any remarks on this always is helpful. I wished you would make more hats in Vintage blue. I always miss out on my size. Everybody love denim jeans and a blue hat! I had a little trouble last time on a refund and I could not get the exchange out of the order instead of a refund. I think if you could contact someone on the phone it might save you alot of refunds on the wrong sizes. I like to be able to use my rewards or discounts. Thats important. Please make some hats with wigs attached! I am losing my hair and there are so many young girls with cancer treatment who need hair wig hats. I am 79 and my hair is dropping out. I wear hats everyday. So more white and more blue for me!”

“Shipping took longer than expected and they didn’t ship until I contacted them and asked where my order was. The box also came damaged and hats bent. But I think I was able to pop them into the correct shape again.”
