“Worn these hats for years and I have at least a dozen. Absolutely love them, I keep coming back for more. Stellar quality so they last forever with just a little care. There is something to elevate any outfit from casual to formal. You will definitely be getting compliments when you are out. Only wish I had more.”

“Absolutely love my hat! So much that I bought a black bucket as soon as I received my tan bucket. When my sister saw my hat she went on line and bought the same hat in black. She wanted the tan bucket hat but it sold out so fast. Fits great and nice quality. I get so many compliments.”

“I would give ZERO stars if I could. Customer service SUUUCCKKKS. Took my money and never shipped hat. After 4 emails, told me it was over sold. Haven't received my payment or discount back.”

“I'm totally disappointed in the shipping delays and the overselling of products. When my order was placed it was in stock. Now with the delay of my order its out of stock. This is unacceptable in 2026. Please do better.”

“Finally a hat big enough to fit over my braids and not give me a headache from being too tight. Love the inner band that allows me to fit it perfectly to my head. My first hat from Gigi and it was worth the price for a high quality hat.”
