“OBSESSED with this hat. I am a fairly plain person but I like to have unique, classy items to complete looks while also being functional. This is all of that for me. I constantly walk with my 9 month old daughter strapped to me in the Everglades and this hat works perfectly to shade my upper body and face. I have a 21.5” head so I got the XS and I’m glad I did because the hat fits my proportions (it doesn’t look massive on me). My hubby was so surprised about that he said when I first showed him he was secretly worried lol, but when it came he was shocked how much he loved it too :). That’s Gigi for making something that makes me feel so great! 💕”

“Well, what do you know? I get a email for a review. But I never got an email after all of the numerous once I sent to respond to my issue for resolution. I ordered 3 hats for 3 people, and they were stuffed in one box. The hats were on the seventy percent sale, but yet I was charged more. No response for resolution at all, I am disgusted. My family has always bought me gigi hats for gifts and I am telling them no more. I still expect the price adjustment because I have a picture of the hat and the price that they should have been. I also would really like to return them.Because I am just that unhappy with the service.I have received which is none”

“Cute but stiff! This is my 6th GP hat, love them! Bought this one for a more country look for stagecoach festival and while it’s cute & breathable, I didn’t expect it to be so hard & stiff! Kinda feels like I’m wearing bamboo on my head. Glad I got it on sale and I’ll keep it because it is cute!”

“I paid extra for return insurance (on top of $8.99 delivery. Hat, in person, was more gray than green and was too small. Now I am told I have to pay another $6.00 restocking fee. To return the hat, I am out $20.00. I will not purchase from this company again.”

“I was sent the wrong size hat. I sent an email over a week ago with no response. I sent a text in hopes of connecting with someone, a couple of days later CS said to go to the return portal. The portal rejected my request. I sent another text asking for help on how to exchange for the size I should have been sent and still waiting for a response. If you ask that I send an email to reach customer service, customer service needs to read them and respond. . A week into this and I am still waiting for help.”
