“This was the coolest experience. I got to design my dream hat through the virtual hat bar. They tailored my hat to fit my head, then let me make it mine, picking out hat bands, adding feathers, branding the whole thing. I chose the Teddy cowboy hat and it fits like nothing off a shelf ever has. And the team could not have been kinder through every single detail. Completely obsessed!!!!”

“The hats are great but the shipping is a serious problem. Have ordered from here multiple times and paid for expedited shipping each time. It has taken 2+ weeks to arrive each time. This is far below industry standard and is reason I won’t order again. I placed an order May 24th with expedited shipping - it is now June 5th and the items still have not arrived. This is a constant issue”

“I ordered a hat to be delivered to the uk. The shipping tracking stopped updating 5 days after so I contacted the courier and was told my item was held at customs in United States as it hadn’t been labelled properly. The courier emailed 3 times and I also tried to contact Gigi pip via email and phone but heard nothing back so the item will be returned to the sender and I’m unsure if I will get a refund as I haven’t been contacted since.”

“Poor customer service. They made mistake on custom order and offered no solution other than offering a coupon code for subsequent orders. Had to request refund for customization not done. Will not be ordering from this company in the future.”
