“My hat arrived unwearable and completely damaged. I made a claim and Gigi pip did not respond. I sent photos to prove. Would have loved a replacement. But now I wasted $115.”

“I love the hat, it’s gorgeous! The quality is great and a good value for the money. The turnaround time and customer service is a whole different story. Their website claims, “ Total shipping time is a combination of processing time + shipping time. Our team's standard is to process orders within 1-2 business days, upon completion orders will be picked up by either UPS or USPS. Orders are traditionally in transit for 2-4 days, meaning that delivery can be expected within 3-6 days in most cases.” The whole reason I ordered a hat from Gigi Pip is because I should’ve received my hat in time for an event I had, as I placed my order 12 days prior. From the time I placed my order and received it, it was 14 days. I understand that things happen, however, I contacted customer service twice before I even received a response back. When I finally received a shipping notification, my package sat under “will provide tracking once we receive the package” for four days. I reached out to customer service two more times and never heard back from them either time.”

“I ordered a hat about 4 weeks ago now. I reached out to Gigi Pip after not having heard anything about my shipment about 2 weeks after order (via email and text - as per their recommendation on their website). Took ~5 days to hear back w any apology and statement that it would ship shortly. I got a notification that it was mailed. Kept Chkg on the shipment which was never picked up by postal. About a week later got a notice that hat I ordered was sold out and I could select how to proceed. Selected refund which I still haven’t received. That was 5 days ago. Communication and pace is horrible.”

“Poor Customer Service. What I really mean is LACK OF customer service. Out of 4 attempts to reach them (3 online thru email and/or their online “contact us” form and 1 by phone). I finally got one response and I replied back and…….crickets.”

“I placed an order August 23. It had not arrived the week of September 1. I emailed and tried to call several times over several days. Finally got an answer to an email and a shipping number. The shipping number was for an item that never seemed to be shipped. So I emailed and called and eventually text again to get a response and a full refund. I never received the items.”
