“My hat was late due to the address not being carefully read. The house number included the city and I had to submit a service ticket with USPS because of this. It would be great if the warehouse or store it comes from would proofread the addresses before creating the lables. I love my hat though!”

“Ordered a new hat 3 weeks ago. I have not received my hat and have no changes with tracking. USPS says they are still waiting on the seller. No response from Gigi Pip on when this will actually be shipped. I have ordered multiple other hats and have never had this issue.”

“I have written two emails to the support email provided in the link to review my hats and my order confirmation when I recieved a hat with a giant black piece of felt embedded into the front brim of my brown hat in which Id like an exchange or return. I have had a giant box sitting in my house with the hat ready to ship back for two weeks now without any correspondence on how i should initiate the return on this damaged item in which I expect a paid return label. PLEASE REPLY TO MY EMAILS!”

“My purchase was the blue denim colored hat. I had 2 that I was considering but went with the blue and its such a great color and fit. I wear lots of denim so it matches wonderfully. I would have liked it more if it had come with a hat band on it, so now I'm looking to find something or make my own. Overall get Hat !!”

“The hat is as pretty but wrong size and the return process still not done😞. The packing slip did not show a full order# ! When I asked for it vie text I was given a wrong order # that did not match the beginning numbers from my packing slip🥺, still in a process of return very disappointed!”

“For the price definitely not worth the worth it. I have many hats and love them. Was super excited about this purchase but sadly the straps holding the hat did not stay tight and hat fell out multiple times walking around the airport. Hat does not hold. Not a hat holding bag. sad I spent this much on something that doesn’t work! ☹️”
