I ordered silver chain hatband for my size S55 hats……it was a tad short and I had to improvise adding chain extension. Since my hats smallest size…..this would really be a problem on larger sizes. Should come equipped with extension!

The hat was huge, I ordered M/L, it was extra large. The style of the hat is oversized as well. Not a 10 gallon hat, more like a 20 gallon hat.

The hat arrived with a warped brim. I used a steamer to fix the shape. Also, the gold Gigi Pip emblem on the back was off-center. I used a screwdriver to break it off. For the price, I would've expected more attention to detail.

I was very disappointed in the fit of the lid, the support on top of the box inside the lid is too small for the material and the zippers are twisted

I purchased my hat during a recent sale. The color is beautiful and the hat fits decently, but I am undecided about keeping it due to a few issues. First, a small piece of fabric is missing (a noticeable nick). Second, the brim is cut unevenly. Lastly, the satin-like lining feels very loose. I sent an email to confirm whether the hat was discounted or sold as-is because of these defects. I am considering a return, but the restocking fee feels discouraging since I already paid for shipping to receive the hat. I would love to continue as a customer. But this experience has left me hesitant.

Emailed and called about my rewards not working on my order. Asked for the rewards to be placed back in my account .. I heard from No one in customer service which right know is poor!!

Quality Assurance Issue: I’ve purchased three hats from Gigi Pip. While they’re aesthetically beautiful and fit well, two arrived with noticeable flaws. The straw hat had a stitching issue that left a moderate gap between the straw on one side. One felt hat had a glue stain, and its leather band—glued instead of sewn—eventually came loose and had to be re-glued. I’ve reached out to customer service twice about replacing the straw hat but haven’t received a response, despite paying the extra $5 for free exchanges.

Their hats are hit or miss – sometimes great and sometimes very average quality. Their customer service and return procedures need a lot of work.

The hat is beautiful but I think they need to improve their packaging so the hats don’t get damaged during the shipping process. The package needs more stuffing or a secure base and inflated plastic or something to protect the hats from being misshaped or dented. My hat was damaged when it received it.

I love my Gigi Pip hat that I own and purchased in store. I wanted to expand my collection, so I purchased 3 hats online and couldn’t wait for their arrival. Sadly, 2/3 were poor quality with crooked seams or a lopsided brim (shipping box intact in hat form so no issues there). And no, they were not from the blemished collection. I emailed and never heard back. I submitted a request for a return via their portal and was charged a restocking fee of $7+ dollars and shipping. I’m not sure why I have to pay restocking fees considering they sent me two poor quality hats that are unwearable due to the extent of issues. 1/3 hats is amazing. Moving forward, I will only purchase in storefronts where I can examine the hat and try on. If I didn’t love my Dakota as much as I do, the rating would have been much lower. I included pictures of the 2 hats with quality issues and the Dakota DAE that I loved.

Based on other reviews, I am sure your products are lovely, but I was unable to get any type of response from customer service. In less than 24 hours after placing my order one evening, I emailed and called to change the order. I called again during business hours the next day. I never received any type of response - no email, no text, no phone message. Finally after the product shipped, I emailed again, but got no response. Once the package arrived, I returned it unopened the same day. I took a $20 hit which makes me highly unlikely to order from your company again. There is no "free and easy return".Why is there zero customer service response?

Overall good quality hats, responsive customer service but only electronically, no option to talk to someone to have a conversation about the different options. Rewards also expire in 365 days and cannot be applied to sales merchandise. As well, I will the would provide the overall length and width and height of hats in the description so that you can compare overall size and presence. They also add a return package to invoice at checkout and you can’t opt out of that. Other vendors just include that in their prices. It was a surprise.

I really like the hats. But your shipping method is horrible. It takes almost a month for delivery. I can order from China or the UK and it gets delivered much sooner than that . In addition, I have ordered a dozen or more hats with no perks. Just give an easy discount without having to purchase something to get it.

Beautiful hat but it was my first time purchasing here and the hat was too big. Apparently because the hat was on sale over the holidays it was a final sale item (had I known this I would not have purchased it). So I am unable to return or exchange the hat which is disappointing.
