I love my Gigi Pip hat that I own and purchased in store. I wanted to expand my collection, so I purchased 3 hats online and couldn’t wait for their arrival. Sadly, 2/3 were poor quality with crooked seams or a lopsided brim (shipping box intact in hat form so no issues there). And no, they were not from the blemished collection. I emailed and never heard back. I submitted a request for a return via their portal and was charged a restocking fee of $7+ dollars and shipping. I’m not sure why I have to pay restocking fees considering they sent me two poor quality hats that are unwearable due to the extent of issues. 1/3 hats is amazing. Moving forward, I will only purchase in storefronts where I can examine the hat and try on. If I didn’t love my Dakota as much as I do, the rating would have been much lower. I included pictures of the 2 hats with quality issues and the Dakota DAE that I loved.
