I ordered a hat which came quickly but I need another size. 2 emails to customer service and a DM in IG. No response.

Placed ordered 4/5/26 ,no update provided ,no response to emails sent. Very dissatisfied with service ,I've purchased several items from them and never had this issue before.

I would love to review my Gigi Pip hats but sadly they haven't arrived yet and despite 3 emails to customer service and a DM on Instagram I have had no response or even acknowledgement that anything has been received. I can't use the chat service because I am in the UK. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to my hats.

I ordered two hats because there was an amazing sale and you’d get two tote bags. I didn’t get the tote bags. I’ve written several times and no one gets back to me.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Gigi Pip. My order never arrived, and I have video evidence from my Ring camera confirming no delivery was made. I’ve reached out via email and text multiple times and have been met with total silence. There is clearly no delivery guarantee or support if something goes wrong. For a high-end brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be purchasing again or recommending them until this is resolved.

I would NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! My hat shipped 2 weeks ago, no update and zero response from customer services! Do not waste your time!

Well, what do you know? I get a email for a review. But I never got an email after all of the numerous once I sent to respond to my issue for resolution. I ordered 3 hats for 3 people, and they were stuffed in one box. The hats were on the seventy percent sale, but yet I was charged more. No response for resolution at all, I am disgusted. My family has always bought me gigi hats for gifts and I am telling them no more. I still expect the price adjustment because I have a picture of the hat and the price that they should have been. I also would really like to return them.Because I am just that unhappy with the service.I have received which is none

I paid extra for return insurance (on top of $8.99 delivery. Hat, in person, was more gray than green and was too small. Now I am told I have to pay another $6.00 restocking fee. To return the hat, I am out $20.00. I will not purchase from this company again.

I was sent the wrong size hat. I sent an email over a week ago with no response. I sent a text in hopes of connecting with someone, a couple of days later CS said to go to the return portal. The portal rejected my request. I sent another text asking for help on how to exchange for the size I should have been sent and still waiting for a response. If you ask that I send an email to reach customer service, customer service needs to read them and respond. . A week into this and I am still waiting for help.

1) the hat got damaged in shipping because it wasn't put in the cardboard hat stand to protect it in the box. 2) I paid the extra $4. 3) I need to fix my new hat myself. 4) if that doesn't work then, mail it back to you for an exchange. Or 5) just order another new hat so that I don't miss wearing the hat for an event I have on the 26th. I have been a long time customer of Gigi Pip. I'm so disappointed in your shipping & customer service.

Ordered a new hat 3 weeks ago. I have not received my hat and have no changes with tracking. USPS says they are still waiting on the seller. No response from Gigi Pip on when this will actually be shipped. I have ordered multiple other hats and have never had this issue.

Unfortunately I have not received my order from Gigi Pip. My tracking has been frozen for a few weeks saying only a label was created. It seems the item was never shipped.

I got a review product email with no product. I ordered my hat on 2/14/26 and it’s 2/27/26 and no update on the shipping. I emailed customer service and also send them a DM on IG and no response as of yet.

I have written two emails to the support email provided in the link to review my hats and my order confirmation when I recieved a hat with a giant black piece of felt embedded into the front brim of my brown hat in which Id like an exchange or return. I have had a giant box sitting in my house with the hat ready to ship back for two weeks now without any correspondence on how i should initiate the return on this damaged item in which I expect a paid return label. PLEASE REPLY TO MY EMAILS!
