For the price definitely not worth the worth it. I have many hats and love them. Was super excited about this purchase but sadly the straps holding the hat did not stay tight and hat fell out multiple times walking around the airport. Hat does not hold. Not a hat holding bag. sad I spent this much on something that doesn’t work! ☹️

I’ve only worn the hat half a day and it’s already coming apart!! There are bits of straw sticking out throughout the hat. This shouldn’t be happening especially if they’re charging these prices. What is your return/exchange policy for defective products?

Not a reliable supplier. They did not deliver the goods I ordered and paid. They don't answer phone calls. They don't answer emails. The contact data they provided American Express with is wrong. They answered a text message stating I should contact their shipment provider for their non-delivery. Their shipment provider stated I am not their client.

I hope you like your order, if not there’s a restocking charge. After returning my hats and getting the confirmation they received them it took 2 months to receive my return credit, You can’t call, there’s no one to answer your phone call. So after numerous emails and finally telling them I’m contacting my credit card company I received my credit. I bought these hats on steals and deals. What a hassle! Never again!

Very poor quality hats. Feels like thick felted cardboard. Painful fit — too round. And worst of all it cost $33 to return them. Wish I’d never purchased from this brand. Absolute waste of time and money. Their fans are just bought influencers.

Paid for 1-2 day shipping; order arrived 6 days later with little to no help from customer service. Was so excited to splurge on my dream hat but I would honestly never recommend this brand. Had to argue for a refund on the shipping that wasn’t honored (it was shipped USPS priority which explicitly states a 4 day ship time)

Let's start by saying that my order #15431836-250 never arrived. On 11/13, I received an alert from the Post Office stating my hat was being returned to you. I started reaching out to you by phone, text and email. NOTHING. Never heard back.

I returned a hat due to the oversized look that wasn’t appealing to me. I was told I would get a refund after they deducted 30% (for restock and shipping fees). That was 2 weeks ago and I still never received my partial refund. I reached out to customer service and got no response. responded to my emails.

great product, TERRIBLE customer service. Maybe the worst customer service i've experienced in years. We needed a hat exhanged for size, Gigi gratiously let us send back for exhange. It took them a few months to ship out, oh well, but in that time we've changed address and let them know. They shipped to old address anyways, when recieiving shipping notification reached out again multiple times multiple ways to try and correct problem before it was too late. Have since recieved no answer on phone, no response on chat, no response to emails, etc.. It feels as if no human actually works in their customer service department, and whatever software they are using is equally as helpful as no help at all.

I ordered two hats via ViewYourDeal. Love the style and quality but they were a bit small. I wanted to exchange them. I tried every possible way to reach someone at the company for a month- email; chat; phone calls- crickets. The website even said Returns process was unavailable!!

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I tried to do a return item but I kept getting the run around. So now im stuck with a item that im not satisfied with. I would not recommend this company I would give them one star

Trying to get a in touch with customer service after I tried to return my items and somehow on I ended up with an exchange I didn’t want. It arrived with a final priced item in it that can’t be returned and it’s also a size large when my head is 21in so I wear a small or extra small. I have sent a customer service request through the portal and an email. Haven’t heard back. Very frustrating!

I was extremely disappointed with this order. This particular hat was $245 and it was packed in the box in a small flimsy piece of plastic-not the more substantial Gigi Pip branded thicker plastic bags that all my other hats have come in. It didn’t even stay on the hat during shipping. Also, the box was barely held together with the tape. It was packed by someone who clearly didn’t care. I also emailed your customer service the night I placed the order with a sizing question and I have yet to hear from anyone. I like to support women-owned small businesses so this transaction was especially disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Package never arrived and when I reached out multiple times for assistance, they kept pushing off assisting me and went as far as lying about delivery services and replacement options. Would not recommend at all. ASN Hats is much better.

The quality of the straw is very low and cheap for the amount of money this hat cost. My hat looks like it was worn and returned and then re-sold. I am very disappointed and will never order

Customer service was terrible. I reached out regarding a shipping issue over 7 days ago (twice) and still have not received a response from anyone. And the issue was your fault! Thank goodness UPS contacted me by phone and was able to correct my address which Gigi pip entered incorrectly (my order confirmation had the correct address but the shipping confirmation email showed an error). I gave this company another chance from previous issues and this last experience just solidify that I will not be doing business with this company again!
