I ordered a hat prioirty shipping and 12 days later have not received it. I'm praying customer service gets back to me, but based on an experience I had a couple of months ago, I am not hopeful. It took over a month to get a response and that was also after multiple emails and chats with the the bot. And no one answered or responded to phone calls. Terrible customer service.
