“I love the hats but I ordered the M/L size - but there are too big so I had to learn to order probably small/ Medium/ do you guys have a band or something I can use to make them fit without using a newspaper band ?”

“I have been pretty satisfied with most of the GigiPip hats I have bought so far. One of them I liked so much that I ordered it a second time without realizing that I had previously bought it. I can say that all the seven (or so) hats that I have ordered are of good quality. I have not had any customer service issue to date so I cannot comment about that.”

“The hat I purchased is beautiful, looks great on and with the Velcro in the brim the size was perfect. One negative is the weight of the rancher hat. The material is woven but very heavy to wear.”

“I love the concept and what GIGI PIP supports. However, for the pricing; the quality in which products are made are below my standards as a frequent hat wearer of several brands. As far as the style of each hat they are chef kiss… quality has been poor on several of the items I have purchased.”

“I ordered the Dahlia boater hat for my trip to Europe including a Danube River Cruise. I originally wanted the black color but it was sold out in my size so I ordered brown - and I was delighted with the color which was richer than it looked. I loved the wide brim of my hat and I received many compliments on it. I ordered a ribbon hat band which I think added a lot to the hat as well. I’m happy with my purchase.”

“The hat is great. It’s beautiful, fits perfectly and is very well made. My only complaint is the packaging. The box was slightly crushed so the top of the hat was bent. I was able to bend back into shape without damaging it.”
