I have been pretty satisfied with most of the GigiPip hats I have bought so far. One of them I liked so much that I ordered it a second time without realizing that I had previously bought it. I can say that all the seven (or so) hats that I have ordered are of good quality. I have not had any customer service issue to date so I cannot comment about that.
