I ordered my hats over 15 days ago and still have not received them. I emailed Gigi Pip and have gotten no response. I've been a loyal customer and am disappointed in this level of service.

Buyer Beware! Insufficient packaging resulted in a damaged and accordianed Millie Straw hat arriving. Because I am a Canadian customer I cannot return and GiGiPiP has now ghosted me - and the ONE reply I did get was the initial response - that my claim was rejected, and to contact customer service. I did and more than a week later…. Crickets. 0 stars. Worst customer service. Beware!

I ordered a hat prioirty shipping and 12 days later have not received it. I'm praying customer service gets back to me, but based on an experience I had a couple of months ago, I am not hopeful. It took over a month to get a response and that was also after multiple emails and chats with the the bot. And no one answered or responded to phone calls. Terrible customer service.

There is no customer service. I received a hat that is too small and despite buying a "return/exchange" - I only receive promotional emails. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I paid for expedited shipping which is most likely why the delivery was on time.

Received a damaged hat on April 11—no response, broken link, slow and little communication to fix the issue.Horrible service. I’d give negative stars if I could solely on customer service.

I bought the Maude Wide Brimmed Fedora as "Blemished" thinking it would have one minor flaw, as stated in the description. The hat is unwearable. The stitching is completely off, making the hat lopsided so it looks ridiculous when I wear it. The top of it is completely stained with something so not even a white color as well as random black smudges around it. I wish I didn't purchase this and there's no returns.

Pretty, but stiff and the crown is low and narrow. A strong breeze will blow the hat from your head. I love and wear hats

I placed an order over a month ago, hat never arrived to the United kingdom but was delivered to the USA. 7 messages later and customer services have not responded. Really bad experience.

I paid extra to get this hat before my vacation and just got back a week later and it is still not here. I want my money back.

Ordered on March 1st and after 3 emails and 3 calls “No response.” Two Roads and Gigi must be affected by too much demand and not enough product. i ordered a couple of these hats as gifts for a special event and now here we are… Communication is key and it seems that they are allergic to it… A to an F real quick.

I paid for priority shipping and received my product almost two weeks after the expected delivery date. I reached out to Gigi Pip via email and never received a reply. I also attempted to reach out to their customer service phone number which they never answer and direct you to a voicemail that is always full. Horrible experience.

I ordered a Turquoise Concha hat band that I was charged for but never received. When I have tracked the order it says a label has been created and it's waiting to be picked up by USPS. I ordered this item on February 21, I received the shipping confirmation on February 24. It is now March 18, 2025. I have called twice and left a message for Customer Service. I have emailed Customer Service twice. I have filled out a form on the website explaining the situation. NO ONE AT GIGI PIP HAS RESPONDED TO ME. I CANNOT REACH A LIVE PERSON. I will have my credit card company remove the charge and make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, which, by the way, has already assigned an F rating for this company. I should say that I ordered two other items, a different hat band and two hat bags that were received, but after reaching out 5 times to this company in various ways, there has been NO RESPONSE. I will not be ordering from them again!

placed an order 3 weeks ago. I have tried tracking it, but there has been no movement. I have emailed and called customer service, but no response. Sure is an expensive hat to NEVEW receive.

I only received two of the items I purchased. I waited, hoping the second white hat would arrive in a separate box. I sent an email regarding my missing item and I have not gotten a response. I will be disputing the charge on my card. Poor customer service, beware. Not only that, the black hat I did receive have white stains on it.

I would love to write a review that is more positive however I ordered a hat around the 25th of February and still Have not received it. I sent a message to customer service about the order and have not received a response. I really hope I like it because inordwres it for an event that has now passed so may not need to keep it. I have also started a case with the USPS as the tracking location has not changed in several days.

My sister ordered a hat for me for my birthday, paying extra for "Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges + Package Protection Valid in US." When the hat arrived, it didn't fit or look quite right so we tried initiating an exchange return right away. My sister was told "no returns or exchanges." When I called a number to try to reach someone, it went to voicemail and told me to go to the company's Returns page, which says "Returns Portal is currently disabled." I've now left an email and a voice message with no response at all. We are stuck with a $142 hat which we should be able to return or exchange but can't. Do not buy a hat from this company.
