Well, I wish I could give a review, but my hat never showed up, and I reached out to customer service via your “contact us” link and never got a response. Maybe this review will afford me a response.

My first shopping experience has gone all kinds of wrong. First I was sent the wrong hat and it took a couple emails to get them to help and send the correct hat, then when it arrived it did not fit despite following the measurement guidelines. I have now emailed several times to get it exchanged and it has taken so long they do not have the correct size in stock. Now they are just not responding since I asked for a refund. Very disappointing all around and I won’t be buying more hats, even though I had a few picked out. Their customer service is really awful and fulfillment clearly has just as many issues. I don’t want to have to go through all this again.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received, tracking shows it’s been sitting at the same postal location for 9 days but customer service wasn’t helpful.

I order that November 23 I didn’t get it yet. They keep saying delivered, but they didn’t deliver. I need it for a special occasion. It’s over and then wait now. I don’t want it. I want my money back that’s it. I’m not happy at all.

I have been trying to get in touch with Gigi Pop for over a week via email, text, and calling, and no one responds. I simply want to apply a promo code to an exchange, and I am so disappointed that despite much effort, no one is helping.

They didn’t ship my order, they didn’t answer any of my messages and they didn’t refund me. This is not just unprofessional, this is also unhonnest. Don’t buy anything to them.

I ordered two Billie Tall Hats and they never arrived. I only realized that something went wrong when I got an email from Gigi Pip asking me to review the hats that I never received. I really wanted the BLACK Billie Hat and I was so disappointed when I was told there are no more to replace the one I already purchased (in size 59), but I can select another hat, I was told yesterday. I tried to accept that fact that I would not get the Black Billie Hat that I wanted, and did as suggested, and selected another hat and let them know the one I wanted yesterday. Gigi Pip seemed to ignore my request after I made my selection. Then I sent a message today about the new hat they said I could have sent and also asked them to send the package where would need to sign for it to make sure I get it, and without communicating with me at all, they simply sent me a PARTIAL refund on the Black Billie hat that I never received. I have purchased hats from Gigi Pip in the past and have not had a problem receiving them. But this experience makes me not want to every purchase from them again. From looking at other reviews, it seems there IS a problem with their shipping department and when things go wrong, Gigi Pip does what is best for THEM and not the CUSTOMER. I paid extra to make sure my two hats were sent, but I still have nothing! So sad.

Child's hat sold to adults. Staff will try to tell you it's just a label mistake. Not so!!! This hat is visibly smaller than my other one of the same style.
