I never Got my order, the website said 3-6 days USA/Canada shipping, I ordered on the 6th, it was a Valentines gift, today is 17th and it still hasn’t left Los Angeles (based on tracking), to make things worse I have now moved out of the apartment ( the address I used)… money spent, Val’s over, gift not received.

Hat delivered two weeks late and the box was crushed and hat unwearable. Very disappointed!

Never received my hat and I contacted the company and I got an email back basically telling me sorry it got lost in the mail. They did nothing to help me resolve this which is so unacceptable. I was shocked at their response. Never buy from this company. Horrible service. They should be shut down. Sickens me. I have no hat they have my money.

I ordered a hat on Jan 21 and it has not arrived despite the fact that I paid for expedited shipping. After a text on Jan 29 that said I would get a new tracking number once the hat shipped, I have received no other infomation about my order. (Today is Feb 4.) This is extremely unsatisfactory.

Receive my hat , wrong size was shipped . Tried emitting twice - no response. Went online , had to speak with AI - no help . Still can’t a refund or exchange for correct size after a week of emails.

Im very disappointed that I paid for a rush delivery before Christmas and I’m just receiving my order today.. I’ve emailed you twice and no response as to at least refunding shipping since no one ever told me there would be some sort of delay.,

Purchased 2-3 day shipping for a hat I ordered on December 15 for a going away present. I should have received the hat no later than December 19. The package was delivered on December 30 and notes on tracking said “an individual picked up the package on December 30”. I traveled out of state last week and did not return until Monday evening, December 30. I did not pick up the package nor was there a package on my door step. I had to end up purchasing a different hat for the going away lunch. I would like the total amount of charges refunded asap. Thank you.

The worst customer service. They don’t answer the phone, call back from voicemails, reply to emails & it takes days for them to answer a text. This company used to be fantastic. I don’t know what has changed.

My first shopping experience has gone all kinds of wrong. First I was sent the wrong hat and it took a couple emails to get them to help and send the correct hat, then when it arrived it did not fit despite following the measurement guidelines. I have now emailed several times to get it exchanged and it has taken so long they do not have the correct size in stock. Now they are just not responding since I asked for a refund. Very disappointing all around and I won’t be buying more hats, even though I had a few picked out. Their customer service is really awful and fulfillment clearly has just as many issues. I don’t want to have to go through all this again.
