worst quality leather/hardware i've ever had the misfortune of purchasing. was told i could return with no issue, and yet, there is no option to return through the shop app, only store credit. i am SHOCKED any company would put this poor quality product to market under their name. i hardly even believe it's leather-- it smells like plastic and feels like plastic. also, the 'leather' is completely dented and the zipper got caught on the cheap, loose nylon interior when trying to zip the bag closed.
