Customer service was terrible. I reached out regarding a shipping issue over 7 days ago (twice) and still have not received a response from anyone. And the issue was your fault! Thank goodness UPS contacted me by phone and was able to correct my address which Gigi pip entered incorrectly (my order confirmation had the correct address but the shipping confirmation email showed an error). I gave this company another chance from previous issues and this last experience just solidify that I will not be doing business with this company again!
