My sister ordered a hat for me for my birthday, paying extra for "Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges + Package Protection Valid in US."
When the hat arrived, it didn't fit or look quite right so we tried initiating an exchange return right away. My sister was told "no returns or exchanges."
When I called a number to try to reach someone, it went to voicemail and told me to go to the company's Returns page, which says "Returns Portal is currently disabled."
I've now left an email and a voice message with no response at all.
We are stuck with a $142 hat which we should be able to return or exchange but can't. Do not buy a hat from this company.
