“I came across this website by accident. I was looking for a hat and this one popped up, so I decided to try one and liked it so much I decided to ordered more. I now have about 16 different hats from Gigi PiP. I really love that I can tighten them. They’re also made well.”

“I’ve only worn the hat half a day and it’s already coming apart!! There are bits of straw sticking out throughout the hat. This shouldn’t be happening especially if they’re charging these prices. What is your return/exchange policy for defective products?”
