My hat is fabulous!! Great quality and very stylish! Beyond expectations! Customer service is phenomenal! My order was processed and arrived very quickly! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

My sister ordered a hat for me for my birthday, paying extra for "Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges + Package Protection Valid in US." When the hat arrived, it didn't fit or look quite right so we tried initiating an exchange return right away. My sister was told "no returns or exchanges." When I called a number to try to reach someone, it went to voicemail and told me to go to the company's Returns page, which says "Returns Portal is currently disabled." I've now left an email and a voice message with no response at all. We are stuck with a $142 hat which we should be able to return or exchange but can't. Do not buy a hat from this company.

As a first time buyer during the sale, I panicked when I obviously bought multiple hats in the wrong sizes. But the team was so helpful and understanding and got me all taken care of quickly and painlessly. Everything was so efficient and everyone was so friendly, I am for sure a lifetime customer now.

I ordered the Sal Bucket Hat from the retail store on 2/21. I was thrilled they had one, because it was not available online and I needed it by 2/28. The sales person assured me that I’d get it in time. I realized on 2/25 that it had not shipped yet. So I called the store at 11:30am. There was no answer and it went to voicemail. I did not receive a call back. I called again later and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. No one got back to me. I called again. No answer. So, the next day, I started chatting online with their customer service. I was told again that they would look into it. Several hours later, I checked in again. No one replied until the next day. They said they we’re sorry that the hat was never shipped and would be sent soon. I asked for expedited shipping and also a manager. But, did not hear back. I believe it was 2/26 when I received a shipping email. It was not expedited (because I needed it by 2/28). Instead, it was sent first class mail. Again, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager finally replied and said that she looked at the background on my case and agreed that my customer service experience was not up to par. So she gave me a $25 credit on a future purchase. I explained to the manager (in a text) that I needed the hat by 2/28. And since I would not receive it in time, I had to buy a different hat. I asked that instead of a credit, could they deduct something from the price of the hat. But, she did not reply. In fact, she till has not replied, almost a week later. I finally received the hat on 3/3. It is beautiful. But, I still had to buy a different one for 2/28. Gigi Pip has lovely hats. But, I wish their customer service was better.

Thank you for my beautiful hat. I've purchased around 15 items from you thus far. I really love the color of this hat. The fit makes my old face look youthful. Hehehehe. I love the fit and how comfortable the hat is. I can't wait to wear it with my denim dress. I also noticed that you took special care to ensure it arrived to me beautifully.

Overall good quality hats, responsive customer service but only electronically, no option to talk to someone to have a conversation about the different options. Rewards also expire in 365 days and cannot be applied to sales merchandise. As well, I will the would provide the overall length and width and height of hats in the description so that you can compare overall size and presence. They also add a return package to invoice at checkout and you can’t opt out of that. Other vendors just include that in their prices. It was a surprise.

Love the styles and fit options. High quality hats that really hold their shape. Every time I wear one I get a ton of compliments. Love leather hat bag for traveling with multiple hats.

Returns are terrible, I have been trying to return something since 2/20 and there is a problem with the shipping label and no one will get back to me.

I never Got my order, the website said 3-6 days USA/Canada shipping, I ordered on the 6th, it was a Valentines gift, today is 17th and it still hasn’t left Los Angeles (based on tracking), to make things worse I have now moved out of the apartment ( the address I used)… money spent, Val’s over, gift not received.
