“I purchased my hat during a recent sale. The color is beautiful and the hat fits decently, but I am undecided about keeping it due to a few issues. First, a small piece of fabric is missing (a noticeable nick). Second, the brim is cut unevenly. Lastly, the satin-like lining feels very loose. I sent an email to confirm whether the hat was discounted or sold as-is because of these defects. I am considering a return, but the restocking fee feels discouraging since I already paid for shipping to receive the hat. I would love to continue as a customer. But this experience has left me hesitant.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I received my Wren hat in green. I am so impressed with the quality of this one. The color is perfect! I have a small head and have a hard time finding hats that fit without having to put foam in the hatband. Didn't have to do that with this hat. It fits perfectly. I can't wait to add more Gigi Pip hats to my collection.”

“I have been pretty satisfied with most of the GigiPip hats I have bought so far. One of them I liked so much that I ordered it a second time without realizing that I had previously bought it. I can say that all the seven (or so) hats that I have ordered are of good quality. I have not had any customer service issue to date so I cannot comment about that.”

“Where do I begin.. I absolutely love Gigipip.. by far the best brand to work with and the products are all high quality. I’ve had a few hats now for about a year or so and all can handle some durable trips! Highly recommend and will continue to share my love for them”
