“Beautiful hat but it was my first time purchasing here and the hat was too big. Apparently because the hat was on sale over the holidays it was a final sale item (had I known this I would not have purchased it). So I am unable to return or exchange the hat which is disappointing.”

“I absolutely LOVE my hats! They are so well crafted and structured! No let me be real! I F’ing LOVE my hats. They elevate a look and make any outfit feel purposeful. I received my order a little after my birthday (they are a gift to myself) and it was the best investment. I’ve always purchased easy retail items, not realizing the quality. They fit and accents gave me the warm fuzzies! Compliments galore and a whole new asset to my eclectic collection. You have a new customer.”

“I would have given you guys 5 stars but your shipping/packaging of my hat was very poor. I received an item that didn’t look anything like the photo and I had to end up paying someone to fix it for me. Overall my experience was not good. I would suggest more care when shipping your hats out to your customers. I feel as a consumer I should have been offered a replacement or my money back. Your customer service on instagram did help, I will say the response time was good. After having the hat adjusted I decided to keep it. The quality is good and the fit was great.”

“Purchased 2-3 day shipping for a hat I ordered on December 15 for a going away present. I should have received the hat no later than December 19. The package was delivered on December 30 and notes on tracking said “an individual picked up the package on December 30”. I traveled out of state last week and did not return until Monday evening, December 30. I did not pick up the package nor was there a package on my door step. I had to end up purchasing a different hat for the going away lunch. I would like the total amount of charges refunded asap. Thank you.”

“The worst customer service. They don’t answer the phone, call back from voicemails, reply to emails & it takes days for them to answer a text. This company used to be fantastic. I don’t know what has changed.”

“I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She loves them. They keep her ears warm without having to wear a bulky hat. Which she also owns several of. One thing to be aware of, if you have a smart A** teenage son like I do. He’ll probably tell your wife she’s wearing fuzzy air pod max’s. Or maybe that’s just my kid.”

“During our recent trip to Las Vegas for Cowboy Christmas, my wife was particularly excited to visit the Gigi Pip booth—and it did not disappoint. The team there demonstrated exceptional knowledge and customer service throughout the entire experience. They began by helping my wife determine her proper hat size with precision. From there, a skilled gentleman expertly shaped her hat to her desired style. The process continued at the customization station, where the options were nearly limitless—from custom hatbands and elegant feathers to personalized branding. While the selection could have been overwhelming, the staff’s expertise and professionalism made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Not only did they assist my wife in designing her ideal hat, but they also provided such outstanding service that she ended up purchasing two additional hats. She left the Gigi Pip booth absolutely thrilled with her three new hats and a smile that said it all. This was truly a five-star experience—top-notch service and quality products. Highly recommended!”
