“I had a terrible experience with customer service. I tried to do a return item but I kept getting the run around. So now im stuck with a item that im not satisfied with. I would not recommend this company I would give them one star”

“Love my hat that I ordered off a tv deal. I get alot of compliments. Have always wanted a fedora. I ordered a couple of bands and right now I have the black band over the band that came with the hat. I ordered a wider band also that I thought would look good on it. Customer service is great and I have never had a problem resolving my concern. Thank you Gigi Pip”

“What can I say? As a HAT lover with a small head - I love that most of my purchase fit! I’m sure I have 10 hats from GigiPip. All stacked ok a wall mounted hat rack. Even if it’s a little big - you get a sizer and still fits. LOVES IT!”

“Trying to get a in touch with customer service after I tried to return my items and somehow on I ended up with an exchange I didn’t want. It arrived with a final priced item in it that can’t be returned and it’s also a size large when my head is 21in so I wear a small or extra small. I have sent a customer service request through the portal and an email. Haven’t heard back. Very frustrating!”
