“I own many, many Gigi Pip hats and even enjoyed a visit to SLC and did a custom hat! Hats are great quality and help me create my “look”. I also love my Gigi Pip big scarf!”

“I ordered my hats over 15 days ago and still have not received them. I emailed Gigi Pip and have gotten no response. I've been a loyal customer and am disappointed in this level of service.”

“Buyer Beware! Insufficient packaging resulted in a damaged and accordianed Millie Straw hat arriving. Because I am a Canadian customer I cannot return and GiGiPiP has now ghosted me - and the ONE reply I did get was the initial response - that my claim was rejected, and to contact customer service. I did and more than a week later…. Crickets. 0 stars. Worst customer service. Beware!”

“Love the rich color of the Linden Boater (blemished). Beautifully made and easy to style. I read all of the measuring guidelines and tips, but I regret not taking advantage of the personal help in choosing the correct size. Ask them for help, it will make the experience even nicer.”

“The hat is great. It’s beautiful, fits perfectly and is very well made. My only complaint is the packaging. The box was slightly crushed so the top of the hat was bent. I was able to bend back into shape without damaging it.”

“It should have been lined especially where the hat meets the scalp. Also the brim could have been shorter. Nevertheless a nice hat and happy with my purchase.”
