“I ordered a hat prioirty shipping and 12 days later have not received it. I'm praying customer service gets back to me, but based on an experience I had a couple of months ago, I am not hopeful. It took over a month to get a response and that was also after multiple emails and chats with the the bot. And no one answered or responded to phone calls. Terrible customer service.”

“I love my GiGi Pip hats. I have one suggestion… there’s been a few times Ive wanted to order another hat that I already own but I’ve forgotten the name of the hat. It would be so helpful to have the name of the hat inside the hat band.”

“I was so skeptical because I had never heard of this company. I decided to give it a try and ordered a few hats. All 3 of my hats superseded my expectations. “I just purchased my 4th Gigi Pip hat. I absolutely love all of my hats from Gigi Pip. The hats are high quality, stylish and reasonably priced. I also have contacted customer service multiple times, and I am impressed with the quick response times and effective solutions/answers. I have found my hats and my hat peeps :)”

“There is no customer service. I received a hat that is too small and despite buying a "return/exchange" - I only receive promotional emails. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I paid for expedited shipping which is most likely why the delivery was on time.”

“The hat is beautiful but I think they need to improve their packaging so the hats don’t get damaged during the shipping process. The package needs more stuffing or a secure base and inflated plastic or something to protect the hats from being misshaped or dented. My hat was damaged when it received it.”

“I love Gigi Pip hats, I have 4 of them. However the customer service department leaves a lot to be desired. Nobody returns emails, and the chat bot is worthless. I finally found a phone number for the office / SLC store but that led me nowhere. You guys have to get your customer service and returns thing together.”
