“I love my Gigi Pip hats!!!! I have 8 so far. I love the Monroe Rancher and the Wren. They fit great and look great!!! Best thing is when you order your hats, you get reward points and can get that off your purchase. That’s really nice!!”

“The hat I purchased is beautiful, looks great on and with the Velcro in the brim the size was perfect. One negative is the weight of the rancher hat. The material is woven but very heavy to wear.”

“I love the concept and what GIGI PIP supports. However, for the pricing; the quality in which products are made are below my standards as a frequent hat wearer of several brands. As far as the style of each hat they are chef kiss… quality has been poor on several of the items I have purchased.”

“I was extremely disappointed with this order. This particular hat was $245 and it was packed in the box in a small flimsy piece of plastic-not the more substantial Gigi Pip branded thicker plastic bags that all my other hats have come in. It didn’t even stay on the hat during shipping. Also, the box was barely held together with the tape. It was packed by someone who clearly didn’t care. I also emailed your customer service the night I placed the order with a sizing question and I have yet to hear from anyone. I like to support women-owned small businesses so this transaction was especially disappointing.”

“The quality of the straw hat didn't match the cost. It's a pressed/smushed very flimsy cardboard/plastic material. I thought it'd be better quality noting the higher price point. The color and style is consistent with the image. I'm considering returning it.”
