I found Gigipip about a year ago and have purchased 7 hats from them. All beautiful hats. I won’t buy a hat anywhere else. Wonderful customer service and such high quality hats. Love them.

I been a customer of "GigiPip" for years, I've always been a hat wearer or different kinds of head wearer,came across Gigi Pip just browsing through on line, came across "Hats for Women " I'm one who believes hat makes a statement when you walk into a room don't matter what your are wearing so I tried ordering one,so impress with style and quality and men were stoping me wanting to buy off my head, every sense I been hook like a druggie I sure I have every hat you have made, I dream about your hats I already put in my will who I want to have my hat who will represent them well, Ms. Gigi Pip thank you for following your vision for women, YOU ARE THE "GOAT" Of ladies hat wear!! I love Gigi Pip hats! My husband bought one for me a year ago and since then I've ordered two more! Being able to order by size is a great help and the variety of brims and crowns is excellent. Packaging is very good. The return policy made it easy to exchange an item. I'm sold on Gigi Pip hats!

This review is regarding confusing shipping policies from Gigi Pip. When you check out, your order automatically includes an almost $5 charge for "Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges + Package Protection Valid in US." This does NOT mean that you get free and easy returns, including if your package is damaged and the product is therefore ruined! My package and hat were damaged, and I felt the quality was sketchy for a decoration element, so I asked to return the hat. After going through the process, I asked why I was charged for a return and this is the explanation: "I do apologize for that confusion + would love to clarify! The free + easy return only applies for store credit or exchanges - if you are wanting to return for a refund there is a $6 restocking fee, rather than the $11 restocking fee without the protection." You also have to wait an inordinately long time to hear back from customer service. Expect two days, each and every time you have to reach out with a question. So you will get a refund, but it could take you longer than a week if you have questions. NOTE to Gigi Pip: If you're expecting us to pay extra for package protection, we deserve a better box. The box you send is flimsy. I very strongly feel that if someone pays extra for "package protection," they should NOT have to pay to return a product damaged during shipment. The photo attached shows exactly how the box looked when it arrived at my door.

I ordered two Billie Tall Hats and they never arrived. I only realized that something went wrong when I got an email from Gigi Pip asking me to review the hats that I never received. I really wanted the BLACK Billie Hat and I was so disappointed when I was told there are no more to replace the one I already purchased (in size 59), but I can select another hat, I was told yesterday. I tried to accept that fact that I would not get the Black Billie Hat that I wanted, and did as suggested, and selected another hat and let them know the one I wanted yesterday. Gigi Pip seemed to ignore my request after I made my selection. Then I sent a message today about the new hat they said I could have sent and also asked them to send the package where would need to sign for it to make sure I get it, and without communicating with me at all, they simply sent me a PARTIAL refund on the Black Billie hat that I never received. I have purchased hats from Gigi Pip in the past and have not had a problem receiving them. But this experience makes me not want to every purchase from them again. From looking at other reviews, it seems there IS a problem with their shipping department and when things go wrong, Gigi Pip does what is best for THEM and not the CUSTOMER. I paid extra to make sure my two hats were sent, but I still have nothing! So sad.
