“I absolutely love this straw hat! It’s lightweight, breathable, and stylish—perfect for sunny days at the beach or casual summer outings. The weave is tight enough to provide good sun protection but still lets air through, so I don’t overheat. It holds its shape well and feels sturdy, not flimsy like some cheaper hats I’ve tried. The fit is comfortable and adjustable, which is a nice bonus. I’ve gotten so many compliments every time I wear it. Definitely a summer essential!”

“Love this hat, very well made. I ordered the M/L and when I put it on initially it didn’t fit, too big. Then I realized the inside of the hat has an adjustable inner band! And wala it fit perfectly after adjusting the size! Color is beautiful!”

“Terrible customer service. Package never arrived and when I reached out multiple times for assistance, they kept pushing off assisting me and went as far as lying about delivery services and replacement options. Would not recommend at all. ASN Hats is much better.”

“The quality of the straw is very low and cheap for the amount of money this hat cost. My hat looks like it was worn and returned and then re-sold. I am very disappointed and will never order”

“Absolutely obsessed with the bag I ordered- extremely fast shipping and the quality is chef’s kiss. I honestly might order in another color, that’s how much I love it. Can be dressed up or down and fits just the right amount for day out! 10/10!”

“Quality Assurance Issue: I’ve purchased three hats from Gigi Pip. While they’re aesthetically beautiful and fit well, two arrived with noticeable flaws. The straw hat had a stitching issue that left a moderate gap between the straw on one side. One felt hat had a glue stain, and its leather band—glued instead of sewn—eventually came loose and had to be re-glued. I’ve reached out to customer service twice about replacing the straw hat but haven’t received a response, despite paying the extra $5 for free exchanges.”

“Customer service was terrible. I reached out regarding a shipping issue over 7 days ago (twice) and still have not received a response from anyone. And the issue was your fault! Thank goodness UPS contacted me by phone and was able to correct my address which Gigi pip entered incorrectly (my order confirmation had the correct address but the shipping confirmation email showed an error). I gave this company another chance from previous issues and this last experience just solidify that I will not be doing business with this company again!”
