“The quality of the straw is very low and cheap for the amount of money this hat cost. My hat looks like it was worn and returned and then re-sold. I am very disappointed and will never order”

“Hi..I received my hat (great) but not my Zodiac card (Aries). I sent a message to hello@gigipip.com. It’s been over 24 hours and no response. The card is not cheap and I really wished I received my full order. Please GiGiPip…respond to my message.”

“GigiPip has been such a great brand to shop with. Their website is clean, easy to navigate, and makes the whole shopping process simple. I also appreciate that they seem to restock popular items regularly, which shows they’re really in tune with their customers. “Absolutely obsessed with the bag I ordered- extremely fast shipping and the quality is chef’s kiss. I honestly might order in another color, that’s how much I love it. Can be dressed up or down and fits just the right amount for day out! 10/10!”

“Quality Assurance Issue: I’ve purchased three hats from Gigi Pip. While they’re aesthetically beautiful and fit well, two arrived with noticeable flaws. The straw hat had a stitching issue that left a moderate gap between the straw on one side. One felt hat had a glue stain, and its leather band—glued instead of sewn—eventually came loose and had to be re-glued. I’ve reached out to customer service twice about replacing the straw hat but haven’t received a response, despite paying the extra $5 for free exchanges.”

“Customer service was terrible. I reached out regarding a shipping issue over 7 days ago (twice) and still have not received a response from anyone. And the issue was your fault! Thank goodness UPS contacted me by phone and was able to correct my address which Gigi pip entered incorrectly (my order confirmation had the correct address but the shipping confirmation email showed an error). I gave this company another chance from previous issues and this last experience just solidify that I will not be doing business with this company again!”

“worst quality leather/hardware i've ever had the misfortune of purchasing. was told i could return with no issue, and yet, there is no option to return through the shop app, only store credit. i am SHOCKED any company would put this poor quality product to market under their name. i hardly even believe it's leather-- it smells like plastic and feels like plastic. also, the 'leather' is completely dented and the zipper got caught on the cheap, loose nylon interior when trying to zip the bag closed.”
