“The hat is great. It’s beautiful, fits perfectly and is very well made. My only complaint is the packaging. The box was slightly crushed so the top of the hat was bent. I was able to bend back into shape without damaging it.”

“It should have been lined especially where the hat meets the scalp. Also the brim could have been shorter. Nevertheless a nice hat and happy with my purchase.”

“I ordered a hat prioirty shipping and 12 days later have not received it. I'm praying customer service gets back to me, but based on an experience I had a couple of months ago, I am not hopeful. It took over a month to get a response and that was also after multiple emails and chats with the the bot. And no one answered or responded to phone calls. Terrible customer service.”

“I was so skeptical because I had never heard of this company. I decided to give it a try and ordered a few hats. All 3 of my hats superseded my expectations.
