“The hat is beautiful to look at. The feel of it is a bit...chintzy. The brim is very thin and stiff. Feels and sounds like plastic coated with fuzz. Perhaps it's supposed to be like this, but it isn't what I expected.”

“It’s really hard for me to find hats that comfortably fit my head while still looking flattering. This hat is big head/hairstyle friendly. The little details also make it well worth the money. I look forward to wearing it on vacation.”

“I absolutely was pleased with the quality of the hat. And love the color. I just always have issues with the fit. My head is small along with lacking hair . So hat was still too big but support did help me figure out how to tighten it some. So am keeping it. Support was very helpful and quick to respond”

“I have quite a few of your hats. I ordered a blue headband to place on my Biege Rancher Hat and when I put it on it stained the hat with the Blue from the headband. I contacted GiGi Pip numerous times to get info on how to clean the hat or what to do for my hat. No response from anyone on line and I also tried leaving a Voice Mesage on one contact number I found. So disappointed considering I bought the Hat and Headband from GiGi. I would think that not only do you sell hats but should help customers if there's a problem with the products. Not good customer Service. OR add some cleaning options on your site.”

“Hands down best hats out there. I think I have close to 6 different ones now. Love the beanies, love the scarfs, ball caps, and structured hats! Nothing compares. Even got the large purse for work and get so many compliments on it! I’m a Gigi pip girl for life”
