I purchased my hat during a recent sale. The color is beautiful and the hat fits decently, but I am undecided about keeping it due to a few issues. First, a small piece of fabric is missing (a noticeable nick). Second, the brim is cut unevenly. Lastly, the satin-like lining feels very loose.
I sent an email to confirm whether the hat was discounted or sold as-is because of these defects. I am considering a return, but the restocking fee feels discouraging since I already paid for shipping to receive the hat.
I would love to continue as a customer. But this experience has left me hesitant.
