“worst quality leather/hardware i've ever had the misfortune of purchasing. was told i could return with no issue, and yet, there is no option to return through the shop app, only store credit. i am SHOCKED any company would put this poor quality product to market under their name. i hardly even believe it's leather-- it smells like plastic and feels like plastic. also, the 'leather' is completely dented and the zipper got caught on the cheap, loose nylon interior when trying to zip the bag closed.”

“I was introduced to Gigi Pip about two years ago, and let me just say—I never considered myself a "hat girl" until I got my first Gigi Pip hat. Now? I'm completely hooked. I currently own 4 wide-brim hats, 3 bucket hats, earmuffs, and a couple of beanies, and I love how each one brings something unique to my wardrobe. Living in Colorado, I get to enjoy all kinds of weather and styles, and Gigi Pip has the perfect hat for every season. The quality is unmatched, the styles are timeless, and the confidence I feel when I wear them is everything. Cannot recommend this brand enough!”

“I ordered the Dahlia boater hat for my trip to Europe including a Danube River Cruise. I originally wanted the black color but it was sold out in my size so I ordered brown - and I was delighted with the color which was richer than it looked. I loved the wide brim of my hat and I received many compliments on it. I ordered a ribbon hat band which I think added a lot to the hat as well. I’m happy with my purchase.”
