Unfortunately my hat arrived damaged. The box was in perfect condition so it was placed into the box this way. I emailed customer service right away as I wanted to wear it to an event and it took days to hear back. Once I did, they did not seem disappointed that the hat arrived damaged, they suggested I steam it if I wanted a quick fix, but were not apologetic or concerned about their standards. Very disappointing. Will be returning and purchasing a different hat from a company that wants to provide great customer service with high standards.
