I love Gigi Pip hats, I have 4 of them. However the customer service department leaves a lot to be desired. Nobody returns emails, and the chat bot is worthless. I finally found a phone number for the office / SLC store but that led me nowhere.
You guys have to get your customer service and returns thing together.
