I’ve been purchasing their 244 panels over the last year. Every purchase exceeded my expectations. Recently I purchased two Tri-Traps. The fabric was wrinkled, corners out of whack, enough to say I was not pleased. I emailed their customer service department and connected with Bridget. Before she emailed the return package label I received a confirmation that they shipped two new Tri-Traps. She didn’t say that they had to receive the previous order to ship the replacement. They just sent them. That’s WOW customer service! If you’re not looking at GIK in researching acoustic products, you’re doing yourself a disservice.
