“Highest quality at any price point. Very helpful advice from James. But…. All things in sales are great up front in the buying process, but what sets them apart is their customer service. I’ve been purchasing their 244 panels over the last year. Every purchase exceeded my expectations. Recently I purchased two Tri-Traps. The fabric was wrinkled, corners out of whack, enough to say I was not pleased. I emailed their customer service department and connected with Bridget. Before she emailed the return package label I received a confirmation that they shipped two new Tri-Traps. She didn’t say that they had to receive the previous order to ship the replacement. They just sent them. That’s WOW customer service! If you’re not looking at GIK in researching acoustic products, you’re doing yourself a disservice.”
“I purchased over 30 Monster Bass Traps with custom Oxford cloth applied. The application of fabric was sub par to say the least.
The actual substrate build quality was brutal, as almost every ‘panel’ had corners that didn’t intersect. At least one corner on every panel was out of plumb. The panels work well but aesthetically they are woefully sub par quality.”
