I ordered two dresses, both beautiful dresses, i returned one and kept the other. however six weeks later it was decided it was unsuitable for my daughter's wedding. I contacted Gina Bacconi to see if they would accept it back and refund me - it had never been worn and all the labels were still on it and they have said they will accept it back. I think this is a really good example of brilliant customer service from a company who do make the loveliest of dresses, and there are companies out there who could learn a lot from them. Thank you very much Gina Bacconi for taking the dress back and being understanding of the circumstances and relieving a stress for a mother of the bride!
