I had all ready tried this on from next so i knew it was the right size but because I never looked at this until the Friday before the wedding on Saturday. I realised the tacky necklace attached to the top had caught on the trousers and pulled them had no choice but to wear them. Took photos and contacted Gina but to my disappointment could only give 10% discount off the original price because I had worn it . I wasn’t asking for a complete refund but a pair of trousers would have been nice so I could wear this an again . 1st order and not happy. L.C.”

“I ordered 2 dresses -Rona mid length with lace bodice and chiffon skirt- as I am in between sizes and wanted to see which fitted best. I chose the Sky Blue for my son's wedding as it is shown as a lovely pretty pale blue. Imagine my surprise when the dresses arrived in a dull grey. Not what I wanted at all, and I have had to return both. Very disappointed and big misrepresentation of the true colour. The style and fit and sizing were wonderful and the fabric was super. “I ordered two dresses, both beautiful dresses, i returned one and kept the other. however six weeks later it was decided it was unsuitable for my daughter's wedding.
I contacted Gina Bacconi to see if they would accept it back and refund me - it had never been worn and all the labels were still on it and they have said they will accept it back.
I think this is a really good example of brilliant customer service from a company who do make the loveliest of dresses, and there are companies out there who could learn a lot from them.
