“Dresses are so under size it beggars belief. Buying the usual size I found a gap of NINE inches when trying to close the zip. On another dress two sizes were exactly the same. Woman being made to feel bad by shoddy workmanship. AVOID”
“Ordered a lovely trouser suit for my daughter’s wedding . I had all ready tried this on from next so i knew it was the right size but because I never looked at this until the Friday before the wedding on Saturday. I realised the tacky necklace attached to the top had caught on the trousers and pulled them had no choice but to wear them. Took photos and contacted Gina but to my disappointment could only give 10% discount off the original price because I had worn it . I wasn’t asking for a complete refund but a pair of trousers would have been nice so I could wear this an again . 1st order and not happy. L.C.”
